CANCELLATION POLICY

We will require 50% of your booked service for any no-shows on your future visits or for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

At 16 Perry Salon, we want you to love your hair! If you need any adjustments to your color or cut, we are happy to make the necessary changes at no cost within seven (7) days of your original appointment.

​

After the 7-day period, adjustments may be subject to a service charge. While we do not offer refunds, our priority is ensuring you feel confident and satisfied with your hair, and we will do everything we can to achieve your desired look.
